Residential real estate
We represent Buyers and Sellers in approximately 300 residential transactions each year. The majority of the transactions are of single family homes, condominiums, townhomes, quads, coach homes, cooperatives and vacant land.
Commercial real estate
We represent Buyers and Sellers of commercial buildings for manufacturing, industrial use and office use.
Representation of landlords and tenants
We represent both Landlords and Tenants in residential and commercial lease negotiations and in the preparation of leasehold documents.
Refinancing of mortgages
We represent many borrowers at the closing on the refinancing of their residential mortgage. We have also represented our commercial clients on their loan closings and have negotiated their mortgage documents, personal guarantees and security agreements.
Title Insurance
Mr. Levy is an approved title policy issuing agent of most major title insurance companies in Illinois. The title companies have many convenient locations throughout Cook, Lake, DuPage, Kane, and McHenry counties to best serve our clients.
